Miss Oxford Diner was a place Eli liked to eat. I remember after Eli’s Bone Marrow Transplant and he started eating again he said “Dad” can you order me a Hot Dog on a toasted bun with French Fries a pickle cut up, and a chocolate milk shake? Of course I said yes and off I went to the Diner. The owner Pam at the diner is adding Eli’s favorite to her new menu. This means you will one day soon be able to go into Miss Oxford Diner and order Eli’s favorite. I went to the diner today after texting Pam and told her I was on my way for Eli’s favorite. It was much needed today as I was a bit down and thinking of how happy Eli was when I brought that to him lifted my spirit a bit. Thank you to everyone at Miss Oxford Diner for your true kindness, and for all your help in this fight against childhood cancer in Eli’s memory.
